This letter is to address my guardian’s inability to attend the stakeholder’s meeting due to conflict of
schedule, held last July 15, 2022 via Zoom.

My parents found it difficult to adjust to the time of the Stakeholders’ Consultation Meeting for they are
both living in Manvel, Texas and has day jobs to attend to and I came down with the flu and Tonsilitis
and didn’t wake up in time for the Stakeholders’ Consultation Meeting for I was resting prior to the
meeting

Even so, I made sure to rewatch the Stakeholders’ Consultation Meeting in BU IDeA CSC’s Facebook
Page and conveyed the important facts and information in the meeting to my parents.
