    The Technologian Integrity Commitment Form


    I, Thomas Danjo M. Manulat, a member of The Technologian Student Press hereby agree with
    the following terms:

    The members of The Technologian Student Press will help in rebuilding the integrity of the Press.

    All complaints against the release of the magazine, newsletter, literary folio, and comics
    shall be duly delegated to the Office of the Associate Editor-External.

    Any complaint against any member’s actions outside the Press that may damage the
    integrity of the Press shall be immediately reported to the Office of the Associate Editor
    External.

    All complaints shall be submitted in writing and shall be addressed to the Office of the
    Associate Editor – External.

    No member of the Press is allowed to directly answer the complaints filed against him by
    external correspondence without the approval and mediation of the Office of the
    Associate Editor-External.

    No member shall be made to stand against any complainant without the approval and
    mediation of the Office of the Associate Editor-External.

    No member is allowed to represent the views and stand of the Press without a written
    approval from the Office of the Associate Editor – External.

    No member, bearing the organization’s name, is allowed to establish affiliations,


    agreements or any form of relationship with any other organization or individual without
    the knowledge and written approval of the Office of the Associate Editor –External.

    No member shall upload any material to be used in the Techno Magazine, Gearwatch,
    Inkspill and Comics before the release of the said issues.

    No member shall post status updates, tweets and the like that will destroy the reputation of
    the Press.

    No member must spread any confidential information and communication of The


    Technologian Student Press.

    Any violations against these terms will face sanctions according to the Managing Editor
    Administrative. Extreme cases shall be opened to the Board of Trustees.
