VINYL ADHESION PROMOTER

DESCRIPTION
Vinyl adhesion promoters to add to adhesives, mortar, binders, slurries
and textured surfaces; as well as a sealer for concrete surfaces or plaster
to put on putty, stucco, plaster or textured surfaces.
