8 A RESOLUTION DECLARING AS OPERATIVE IN
9 ENTIRETY THE 2022 ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY
10 PINAMANCULAN, THIS CITY, AS APPROVED PER ITS
11 BARANGAY APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 19, SERIES
12 OF 2022, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

15 WHEREAS, presented before the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) is the letter
16 dated July 15, 2022 from the City Finance Committee, through the Office of the City Budget
17 Officer, endorsing the 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Pinamanculan, this City, involving an
18 appropriation of Five Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five Pesos
19 (PHP5,640,955.00), as approved per Barangay Ordinance No. 19, Series of 2022;
20
21 WHEREAS, the City Finance Committee duly endorsed the subject Annual Budget after
22 having reviewed the same, taking into consideration the provisions of Sections 287, 324, 325,
23 329, 331, 333 and 335 of Republic Act (RA) No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991,
24 and other applicable laws, including rules and regulations of the Local Government Budgeting
25 Manual;

27 WHEREAS, the SP Committee on Appropriations and Accounts, in a hearing conducted
28 on August 01, 2022, deliberated on the subject Barangay Annual Budget and deemed the same in
29 order;

31 WHEREAS, premises considered, the Honorable SP duly concurs with the
32 aforementioned SP Committee.

34 NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Honorable

37 _______________________ be it –

39 RESOLVED, to declare as operative in entirety the 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay
40 Pinamanculan, this City, as approved per its Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 19, Series
41 of 2022, effective upon its approval, subject to the posting requirements under Section 59 of RA
42 7160.

44 RESOLVED FURTHER, to inform the concerned Sangguniang Barangay that this
45 review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is specifically prohibited by or
46 inconsistent with the provisions of law.
47
48 RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this Resolution the Offices of the City
49 Mayor and the City Administrator, the City Budget Office, the City Accounting Office, Office of
50 the City Treasurer, and the Sangguniang Barangay of Pinamanculan, this City, for information
51 and appropriate action.
