Meeting about hotel business

: In this meeting, discussing the condition of the hotel which


experienced a decrease in revenue due to complaints from
guests about hotel facilities, the management tried to create
a new strategy so that the hotel business could continue to
advance.

ENGRACIA- hellow everyone good morning thank you for coming in this morning for a
meeting and we start our meeting today, today’s again is regarding the styles of hotel rooms also
some about the hotels sales report and to marketing manager Mr. Esteban how has our product
took marketing been for the past one month.

( habang nag greet ako mag vid kau ng naka tingin lng sa screen habang nakikinig mga 10-

ESTEBAN- good morning Ms. Engracia good morning everyone I will report on marketing
activities for the past month, marketing has decreased by 20 from last month we have tried our
best to increase market turn over but demand for our products is decreasing day by day.

ENGRACIA- What!
ENGRACIA- how can the market turn over and decrease drastically when we’re just added raw
ingredients to the production division and took the company’s case for these thing what’s the
problem.

MONTERO- we have research into the field that there are competitors who have quality service
that looks better than our hotel which make the hotel more attractive to guests, In addition in
version one we have reception plan from the guests regarding hotel rooms.
ENGRACIA- thankyou for explanation Mr.Montero on this issue where we must quickly take
action so the market can be controlled again.

ESTEBAN- do we have to create enough strategy by replacing new product facilities.

MONTERO- im disagree with Mr.Esteban idea because if adding facilities the funds can must
be increased and make the product have a higher price so does it not affect the hotel expenses.

ESTEBAN- it must be happen by replacing the product facilities it requtlarge fams especially we
replace some room items with new ones but it can be overcome with issuing an innovation by
make a new package product offer.

ENGRACIA- I’m agree with Mr.Esteban’s explanation we have to make an innovation but
besides that we should first look at the condition of the hotel finance available and how about our
current finance condition financial member.

MONTERO- um based on the hotel finance data we experience a decline in june where it has
been shown that market demand last month decreased and they have an impact on our hotel
finance, however in the previous three months we have reached the sales target so I agree to
respond to the innovation presented by Mr.Esteban which is can boost the hotel rooms sales by
making a new innovation.

ENGRACIA- hmm yeah, if we look at the financial condition I agree with the realization of the
innovation as a form of action to both hotel cells, what about the continuation can you explain
Mr.MONTERO

MONTERO- my opinion reply this by adding some dramuras or add some paintings so that the
room look more beautiful and gets you satisfied with the new design of the room.

ENGRACIA- um I’m disagree with your opinion if you add ornaments in the room will be
enough for one room then we will change the appearance and will increase budget expenses, that
are quite large in addition the intended market is only around young people while our hotel
applies to our silker.

MIJARES- in my opinion if indeed feels less I agree with the idea by Mr.Esteban I have an idea
of a room offer for example every booking of four hotel rooms we give three one hotel room but
by adding the price in edge from booking is higher about 25% than the price.

MONTERO- Sorry Mr.Mijares we from the accounting division um we agree and disagree with
your opinion, we agree that innovation in making state packages is one form of promotion that is
quite good but we also do not agree with the idea where further will be convey by Mr.Esteban.

ESTEBAN- thank you Mr.Montero according to the hotel room defending report of the last few
months we saw that room have a reservation made by guests we’re no more than two rooms so
we concluded that our market segment is more dependent towards couples or families.
ENGRACIA- based on the argument that we have been made do you have a plan regarding the
strategy Mr.Mijares.

MIJARES- okay ms.engracia, from us there is a little chance regarding the location where free
rooms from the state packages are better changed to free requests, because we think it minimizes
the losses obtained

ESTEBAN- okay, what was the manager said before I will add the details to the plain the change
from the plan is that every guest who booked two room hotels we can give three one breakfast in
two rooms.

MIJARES- from the idea of Mr.Esteban I agree if the reason is to minimize the losses from
time.

MONTERO- I also agree with that idea well

ENGRACIA- well if everyone agree, agrees with this strategy so the main point is that the sales
in june we have disgraced because there are complaints from guests for this reason we have
agreed to make an innovation for the action of the problem with the creation of the state package
