know, this month our business experienced a drastic decrease in revenue.
Manager : In your opinion, what is the cause of the decline in income?
Employe 1 : permission to give my opinion sir, I think the current decline in business income
is because there are more competitors.
Employe 2 : Yes sir, that's true. There are not just one or two new competitors, but more
than that. therefore, many of our consumers go and buy products from competitors. and
this makes our business income decrease.
Employe 3 : I also agree sir, but I also have another opinion. This decrease in our operating
income is also due to the less attractive packaging of our products. I think the packaging
owned by the competitors is much more creative and attractive.
Employe 2 : In my opinion, our noodle products are also less attractive to consumers

Employe 1 : I think we can hold promotional activities, both offline and online. With this
promotion, maybe many people who don't know our product will be interested in buying it.

noodle products. which is then uploaded on IG, or other social media.

Employe 3 : I think, we can make a new packaging that is much more attractive, both in
terms of color and shape of the packaging.

Manager : What packaging do you mean? do you have a sample image?

Employe 3 : I think we can make packaging like the picture. but we need to change the color to red.

Employe 2 : I agree with their opinion, and I also suggest that our spicy noodle product can
add a new flavor variant, maybe like the taste of rendang. besides that we can also add
other topping variants, such as various sausages, cheese, and others
