1. What is the relevance of the Preamble in the Philippine Constitution? (5
pts.)
The preamble of the Philippine Constitution is significant because it explains the
purpose of each clause. You would learn about the Filipino people's goals, aspirations,
and convictions from this. The preamble lays out the objectives, aims, and expectations
for a country's body of laws, acting as the "abstract" of a Constitution.
2. Being an active member of the community, in what way can you show that
you are a good Filipino citizen? (10 pts).
The first leaders of this democratic republic are us, the people. Our leaders'
foundation comes from us. In other words, we elect the officials who will run our nation.
Our votes elect our leaders and representatives to office. So, if we want to see change
in our country, it must start with us. To advance both personally and nationally, we must
be responsible citizens. As responsible citizens, we must abide by the regulations, laws,
and municipal legislation. We must fulfill our obligations by paying the tax. Be an
environmentally conscious citizen. We must support our nation and fellow citizens.
Finally, cast your vote wisely and honest manner.
3. Create a concept map of your duties and responsibilities as a good citizen
and under each, write activities that you do under such duties and
responsibilities (10 pts).

How to be a decent citizen is what I learned from this activity. Being a good
citizen of our country is the focus of the activity. There was a lot I discovered. I also
gained knowledge about the significance of the Philippine Constitution's preamble. We
must follow the rules, legislation, and laws in order to be good citizens. By paying the
tax, we must fulfill our commitments. Vote for the correct candidate while maintaining an
awareness of the environment. Supporting our country and fellow people is essential.
Sincerely, I don't think I'm a good representative of my nation. I break the law most of
the times. Sometimes I don't even adhere to the most basic traffic laws. I love my nation
and my neighbors, yet I have a lot of criticism for Philippine government. Government
and employees have my respect. And I understand that we should put our country first.
A good nation is mostly dependent on its citizens. Being a decent citizen can help the
country because the globe is already chaotic. And the world will be less chaotic when
every country is full of nice folks.
