The Bill of Rights of Filipinos

1. List three possible criteria you would use to describe a responsible citizen.
1. A law abiding citizen.
2. Gives respect to fellow citizen
3. Gives respect to the country

2. Explain one (1) reason why being a responsible citizen is necessary to live in a free society.

Criteria 1: Gives respect to the country

Reason: Laws exist to protect citizens, the communities they live in and their property. So to be a
responsible citizen, we must respect these laws and abide by them.A free society depends most on
the active participation of its citizens and their commitment to that respect. A free society shouldn’t
depend on force or coercion to enforce rules and restrictions on its members. In fact, the use of force
is anathema in a fee society.
