OBJECTIVES:
1. Identify our Duties and Obligations as Citizens.
2. Give examples in application to our Duties and Obligations in a
Student’s context.
3. Distinguish our Rights and Responsibilities.
4. Be able to balance our rights with our duties.
1973 CONSTITUTION
Article 5
Section 1:  Loyalty, Honor, Defense, Contribution, Obedience and
Cooperation for a Just and Orderly Society.
Section 2: Right to exercise them responsibly and respect for the
rights of others.
Section 3: Right to work opportunities to uphold a family and human
dignity.
Section 4: Obligation of every citizen to vote, register and cast his
vote.
Complimentary to Article 4 Bill of Rights in
the 1987 Constitution

of responsible and accountable citizens and
leaders.
