Notes:
1. CDRA is a requirement in LCCAP formulation. It is the process of studying risks and vulnerabilities of exposed
elements e.g., people, urban areas, agriculture, forestry and fishery production areas, critical point facilities and
lifeline infrastructure associated with natural hazards and climate change. (HLURB, CCC, UNDP, & Australian
Government, 2015).

2. CLUP is a document which acts as a guide for the regulation of spatial growth and development of a city or
municipality.

3. CDP is the medium-term plan that embodies the vision, sectoral goals, objectives and development strategies of
the municipality or city with corresponding appropriate programs, interventions, projects, and activities
4. Local development planners often rely on secondary data, or even primary data that can be gathered from or are
published by National Government Agencies (NGAs). For example, validation of data for Hazard or Vulnerability
Maps on the DOST - PAGASA website, Project NOAH, related NAMRIA Maps and others.
