1. e- Tenders are invited through portal https://tntenders.gov.in for the supply of equipment as
detailed mentioned in ANNEXURE at Government Polytechnic College, Thoothukudi .

2. Important dates
a. Date and Time of online opening 23.03.2022, 6 PM onwards
of bid documents
b. Last Date and Time for downloading and 30.03.2022 up to 11 AM
e – Submission of bid documents.

Instruction / Terms conditions

1. Bidder should posses a valid GST identification Number
2. Bidders interested in participating e-tender must be registered with Tamilnadu
e-Procurement System Portal and also should have Digital Signature Certificate.
3. Bidder should submit their bids in two bids system through online in prescribed format only
a. Technical Bid
Shall be submitted along with scanned copies of necessary documents such as
Brochures/Pamphlets/Detailed specifications/Technical Drawing/ Literature of the
article, if any in PDF format
b. Financial Bid
i) in xls format only
ii) other elements of price taxes / packing / forwarding / loading and unloading /
installation shall be inclusive of unit price
iii) Price quoted by the bidder should be firm and final
4. Bids in Physical form or in any other manner will not be accepted.
5. Incomplete / Not Clear bids shall be rejected.
6. The items should be delivered The Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Thoothukudi,
7. Defective Supply will be rejected at your cost.
8. No advance payment will be made.
9. The supplier may claim 100% payment against delivery, proper installation & commissioning
and Goodness of fit certificate.
10. The bill for the supply should be submitted in duplicate along with an advance stamped
receipt for the payment
11. The Principal, Government Polytechnic College Thoothukudi reserves the right, to
accept/reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons. The Principal,
Government Polytechnic College Thoothukudi reserve the right not to accept the lowest
price without assigning any reasons.
