COMMON WEIGHT LOSS DIET PLAN FOR WOMEN BY NIHAL SIDHU

Objective : This diet plan ensure that clients will achieve his/her fitness goals through a balanced diet.

TIME MEALS
• EMPTY STOMACH • JEERA WATER/LEMON WATER/CINNAMON WATER
• BREAKFAST • VEG OATS/VEG POHA/DALIA/BREAD OMLETTE/GRILLED SANDWICH/ 1 STUFFED ROTI +
TEA/COFFEE
• MID – MORNING • COCONUT WATER + ANY FRUIT
• LUNCH • SALAD + CURD + 1 ROTI/1 BOWL BOILED RICE + ANY DAL/VEGGIES
• EVENING • B.COFFEE/GREEN TEA + HANDFULL OF ROASTED CHANA/MAKHANA/MIXED SEEDS
• DINNER • SALAD + 1 BOWL DAL/PANEER/TOFU/CHICKEN BREAST/ANY HOMEMADE SOUP
• BED TIME • GREEN TEA/LEMON WATER

NOTE : This diet plan should be accompanied by a physical activity and daily workout.
