A pleasant morning to you all! I am (name and course) Today we will be discussing the research
we have done regarding the Political-Security Relations of the Philippines and The United States
of America During the Duterte Administration.

To express our views in a clearer manner, we created this visual representation. We believe that it
takes all these time management, commitment, discipline, a positive attitude, self-confidence,
and focus to achieve success.

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
- BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

President Rodrigo Duterte delivered his sixth of the last State of the Nation
Address (SONA) on July 26. This is Duterte's second hybrid SONA - there are listeners
in the hall of Batang Pambansa, and there are those who only join via video call. The
local transmission of the more infectious COVID-19 Delta variant is mid-noon, but 350
people are still in the Legislature-seven times more than the number of physical
audiences in 2020. Amid the global pandemic and widespread uprisings on various
continents against police brutality and systematic racism, some states are reverting to old
tactics of diverting attention from government failure to suppressing competitor. This is
particularly the case in the US and the Philippines. One particular issue, however, is how
the Trump administration condones unconditional support in the name of foreign policy
to Duterte’s abuses of power.
But why do political dynasties need to be regulated? Why not just let the voters
decide? There is a problem with this argument. First, voters decide based on what they
can choose. If the only options are familiar names of political dynasties, it is no wonder
that they will choose the candidates they like best. There are no incentives for candidates
to differentiate themselves based on policies and programs. The solution here is to give
voters choices based on policies and programs and not just familiar names. In this way,
they can hold political parties accountable. For now, politicians cannot be held
accountable for their failed promises, as their policy positions are not clear. In this way,
we need to move from an election based on personalities to one based on political parties
with unique policies and programs. Because of this, we need to strengthen our political
party system.

 Now that we are familiar with the background of the study, we can move on to supporting it.
There are a lot of other researchers who have dived into this topic before, and the results of their
studies were helpful in supplying us with thoughts on how to improve our research. They also
gave us an idea of the outcome we were to expect.

- Statement of the Problem

In this chapter, I will identify and explain a set of reform proposals related to the
transition to federalism. Without these reforms, such a measure is imminent. I call this set
of reforms "a large -scale reconciliation." These reforms include: 1) constitutional
restrictions on political dynasties; 2) transition to a dual-executive or quasi-presidential
form of government; 3) ban on party-circulating politicians; 4) strengthening political
parties; 5) transition to proportional representation; 6) strengthening constitutional groups
in the regions especially in the civil service and auditorium; 7) reduction in duplication of
tasks in the Senate and the House of Representatives; and 8) judicial reforms including
the strengthening of the Sandiganbayan, appellate courts, and Ombudsman at regional
levels. The body of these reforms declares that the transfer of more power to the regions
is not enough to simply change the Code of Local Government.
- Scope and Limitation of the Problem

This study will be undertaken to find out The Political-Security Relations of the
Philippines and The United States of America During the Duterte Administration. Also, to
inform readers about the Political Security Administration. In this research attention is
paid to the impact of Political Security. It is important that we find out about this issue in
order to have enough knowledge and good use of time with every young person
especially citizens.

- Theoretical

Addressing Citizen, Politics of Securitization and A state in a territorial dispute can

pursue one of three general strategies: threaten or use force; offer territorial concessions;
or delay all connected to POLITICAL SECURITY.

ADDRESSING CITIZEN security thus requires considering the incentives of all actors
involved in the policymaking process and the arenas in which they make decisions.

aiming to create conditions for achieving the potential of society

- Methodology

In this chapter the researchers will present the methodology of the study about the
Political-Security Relations of the Philippines and The United States of America During
the Duterte Administration. This chapter presents the discussion on the research method,
sampling and population technique, procedures in our data gathering, samples and
participants in the experiment in data analysis.

- Research design

This study entitled The Political-Security Relations of the Philippines and The United
States of America During the Duterte Administration is qualitative research that is to find
existing information and data regarding the factors affecting good communicating skills
in modern times. This chapter will cover the methodology that the researchers will use to
carry out the study. The researchers decided to use a qualitative approach to validate the
observations on this study The researchers will use relevant people based on possible
reasons of The Political-Security Relations. The design contains a semi-structured
interview.

- Locale of the study

This research was conducted online in order to know the opinion of a Filipino citizen.
Following this, citizens went to social media sites to express their outrage about the
online libel provision, which they argue would force citizens to limit what they post on
social media sites and other online platforms. MANILA. The researcher will use a Semi-
Structured Interview to gather the data for the citizens. The draft of the survey
questionnaire will be content validated by Research Adviser who has completed the
master's. After verification, the researchers will seek permission from the random
students by providing a letter for the said interview to be respondents to the research
being conducted. The researchers wanted to have a one (1) week implementation of The

the Duterte Administration including the provision of unstructured interviews after
obtaining permission for the research. It also includes giving and taking the answered
interviews by the respondents on the day that will be approved by the mentor teacher of
the respondents. The collected data will be forwarded for statistical assessment.

- Data gathering procedure

For the data gathering process, the researchers designed a questionnaire as a guide which
includes some questions for Filipino Citizen in order to obtain the needed qualitative
data. The Political-Security Relations of the Philippines and The United States of
America During the Duterte Administration. There will basis on how citizens look at the
geographic profile of the community.

- Method of data analysis

The collected data will be organized and analyzed as a qualitative method after the
researchers collect the result of the likeability scale of the respondents. The results will be
interpreted using the t-test to determine the survey questionnaires scores of the
respondents answering the likeability scale.

 We hope to use the evidence gathered from our research to help implement more effective ways
of engaging with Filipino citizens. Rather than simply punishing the people, we want to
demonstrate to them that there are better methods to gain important life skills, one of which is
through this study.
We are hoping that the findings will contribute to student empowerment by assisting in
determining what is important to pay attention to. People will be more aware of the issue that
teenagers face, allowing them to be understood rather than condemned.
