Performance report

• Originally purchased on 16/03/2016. Thereafter only normal service has been done
twice. When it was purchased efficiency was high as it get washed all the utensil
within 8 mins. But the as per the current condition it takes around 9.5 mins.
• Since few days utensil like dishes, bowl found broken quite often which require
the attention what has been caused.
• The water and electricity bill also is increased since 6 months so it grabs the intention
to have a look which equipment require maintenance or repairs.
• Last service done on 15/08/2018 which is almost 5 months old, which means it
require another service in very few days so need to get technician and mention all
the issues so he can find out the problems with regards to machine maintenance.
• Working efficiency is reduced to certain level so it requires to whether it affect the
business at all or not. if it does, than replacement of the equipment require and
should start the process of acquisition. and if it doesn’t than look for the repair with
the technician.

• Originally purchased on 16/03/2016. Regular every six months service has been done
properly and reported issues also solved. Burner was being changed in the last
service on
15/08/2018.
• Since last six months gas bill is increased rapidly while sales was remain same. So it
require the attention to find the problems what has been caused.
• Chef has complained last month about the efficiency of the stove as it is too old and
hard to cook the stuff. He has advice to replace the unit as it is too old and main
activity of the business is depend on the gas stove. Without it operation of the
business couldn’t possible.
• Meeting with account manager and purchase manager should be arrange it requires
their attention. Deadline should be fixed for new acquisition so it can be clear to all
staff member
to act on it.
Budget has to be finalised by the account manager so purchase manager can start
looking the product in the market with best deal.

• Originally purchased on 16/03/2018. Regular service was done every quarterly by the
company technician.
• Since last month milk has been expired before due date due to poor performance of
the fridge and few vegetables also expired within a week. It require the attention of
repairs and maintenance.
• In the last report by the technician has been advice to regas the tank on the next
service which is due after 45 days. But due to poor performance since last week it
needs to be
done as soon as possible.
• Quotation of the maintenance is being given to the asset manager and also sent it to
the account manager for budget.
• Technician appointment needs to be booked within 2 days, as business require the
keep running fridge and there is no space in other fridge.
