Also, the result of comparing gas and electric
deep fryer energy efficiency, the electric one is
better than gas deep fryer. So we spent money
for gas usage. Also, the electric deep fryer is
more quickly than gas deep fryer. We need to
serve food as soon as possible. So, we decide
to change the gas deep fryer to electric deep
fryer.
