The researchers conducted a study about the assessment of non-teaching staff’s behavior in maintaining the academic atmosphere. The
researchers want to indicate that positive academic atmosphere can improve relationship of non-teaching staff’s, students and parents in terms of
respecting one another. These were the following questions that wanted to be answered. The perception of the respondents on the non-teaching staff
behavior in terms of relationship, academic atmosphere and behavior. If there is significant difference on the perception of the respondents in non-
teaching staff behavior in terms of image and interaction when group according to their profile, and what are the possible improvement in the
behavior of non-teaching staff. The researchers conducted a survey and interview. These were the following conclusions. Based on the analysis of
findings, the most needed development to stimulate academic atmosphere is that non-teaching staff limits the authoritative behavior they act towards
everyone. Academic atmosphere is affected when non-teaching staff and students starts to argue about something that most of the students would
get offended by the approach of the certain non-teaching staff. Behavior of the non-teaching staff is important because they show reflection of the
school image. The researchers recommended that SHS students must know their limitations. For parents should not stress their complaints with their
successors, for future researchers this will help them at minor and major issues. 5 students were interviewed to get a more in depth sight in their
perspective towards the school’s environment. Students were optimistic towards change that would benefit them positively.

Environment has always been a big part of productivity

in a workplace. It takes healthy environment to maximize
productivity and efficiency of work output. Schools are a place
to learn, work and produce outputs therefore making stress
abundant in the environment which means having a negativity

need.
A positive environment means a positive workspace
which leads to reduction of tress in such ways and production
of motivation towards those who are inside a positive
environment. Motivation then leads to a better mindset in able
