Observations

1. Vibration Spectrum: Demod filter is showing outer race bearing faults and harmonics
with running speed sidebands
2. SDT Waveform: is showing vibration peak spaced at outer race faults

Analysis
 SDT waveform analysis indicates an outer race defect on the north east and south
east bearings
 Vbonline data supports this assessment
Conclusion
 Outer race defects are in both bearings
Recommendations
 Inspect the north east bearing if possible.
 Check the purge grease for bearing material
 Design and install a tachometer trigger wheel on the north end of the trp shaft
 Install a hall effect transmitter to record the speed for vbonline data
