UNDERSTANDING YOUR QUOTE

Note: The total cost of your long-distance move is based on the total cubic feet of the items being transported. For any additional service(s)
requested, an additional charge will be assessed. (i.e. packing, pickup/delivery, storage etc …). Packing supplies, such as boxes and bubble wrap are
not included in this quote. Should there be any items not included on the material list or additional labor required once the quote is approved, RE
Moving will adjust the quote price to reflect the additional items/labor. Building Management must be informed of your move prior to the
scheduled move date. Please provide schedule for elevator use for your move. If a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required, please provide RE
Moving with a schedule/sample of insurance at your earliest convenience.RE Moving will work quickly and efficiently, however, we are not
responsible for any elevator restrictions. A $300 deposit is required upon acceptance of quote. Please sign the quote electronically at the bottom
of the page. The electronic signature serves as your acceptance of the quote and a valid credit card number must be provided for the deposit
charge. The day of pickup, we require cash or a money order for 60% of the balance due for the job. The remaining balance must be paid via cash
or money order when the trailer arrives. No personal checks 5 days cancellation notice required for a deposit refund. 72 Hours Cancellations
before the move are subject to a $600 minimum charge. RE Moving will provide moving pads, There are no guaranteed dates for delivery. The
delivery window starts from the first available date of delivery. If RE Moving cannot deliver items directly to the destination address with our
trailer, a shuttle fee will applied based on city and state location and length of time necessary to deliver items. Any storage fees necessary will also
be included with the quote. Upon arrival if there any additional stairs or long carry restrictions, an additional fee will be applied. RE Moving will
provide moving pads, tape and shrink wrap and will wrap your items safely and securely. Any IKEA furniture that is taken apart prior to the start of
your move will be re-assembled as close to the original as possible. We are not responsible for any particle board or furniture that is made of
compressed wood. We are not responsible for moving items such as jewelry or cash. Please keep these items with you during your move. You must
be on-site at all times from the beginning of the move until the move is complete. We ask that you please ensure that all your items have been
removed from your current location and have arrived at your final site location before RE Moving departs. We are not responsible for any items
left behind once we leave the pickup location. If there are any questions or concerns, please alert one of our staff right away. We also welcome
you to check the moving truck to ensure that there are no items remaining when the move is complete. All items that are reassembled must be
checked to ensure they are correct and in working order before the movers have left site. We are not responsible for any issues that arise once the
movers have left the premises. RE Moving will cover any furniture damage by RE Moving with a value of 0.60 cents per pound, per article, at no
