Repatriation Request

Good Day All. I would like to informed, that I am Andrii Kuznetsov Chief Engineer m/t “Chemtrans Cancale”
Can’t execution of my duties because:

- The vessel is very bed conditions but the organization of the delivered spare parts and store
suspended or canceled.
- The main engine is in poor condition. Two cylinder jacket replaced by new one other three
cylinder jacket are poor conditions, high pressure FO pumps to be need overhauled, FO injection valve
need overhauled, exhaust valve, starting valve, turbocharger also need overhauled.
- The coil in the FO bunker tanks have steam leak.
- The aux. Boiler No.1 and No.2 don’t work in auto mode to be repaired.
- Service air compressor to be overhauled.
- All engine equipment is very bed condition every day we have problem one or another.
for example: all sea water valves are out of orders don’t fully closed, to many sea water
pipes have leakage, three aux. engine need overhauled, they don’t keep normal power therefore
we keep two generators constantly etc.
- The provision refrigerator system is poor condition.
- When I came on board the vessel has inspection from Lloyd’s register and inspector take out
Class A1 that is we don’t keep engine room in UMS only engineer watch but we don’t have three
Engineers and three oilers for keep normal watch 4 hours.
- The engine room crew is not complete don’t have 4 th. Engineer and oiler.

I don’t describe all problems why I want stopped my contract. During this time, I lose my physical
Conditions (the nerves don’t good, I am tired) and I don’t like wait when my condition is dropped and me well
be need to the hospital. I have a family and my wife, sons and granddaughters waiting me without any
problems from Myself.

Therefore, with above exposure of motives I ask to you arrange my repatriation at the next port
of call, assumption this is well be ARA reg. at 18.08.2022.
