• 12 to 14 Weeks from the date of receipt of advance payment.
3. Price Basis
• Price quoted covering Supply & Delivery to Site.
• Price quoted is based on complete order. For partial delivery, we reserve the right to
amend our prices.
4. Our Payment Terms.

• 50 % Advance with order.
• 50 % Before Delivery.
5. Custom Duties.
• All prices quoted include custom duties where applicable, based on Saudi custom
duties applicable at date of quotation. Any change in the official rates will be reflected
in our final offer sum.
6. Warranty
• Manufacturer’s standard warranty will apply. Twelve (12) months form start-up date or
eighteen (18) months from dispatch date, whichever expires first.
7. Exclusion
• All other items not specifically mentioned in our offer.
