Mechanical Daily Report for the OEA Site 31/10/2022

Observations from the morning site walk round on the OEA site. Please note that we are aware that
works are incomplete and that they are still in progress so the below observations are intended to
assist the Contractor and to seek clarification:

1 Misalignment of duct spigots will result in unnecessary bends in flexible ducts

2 Fresh air ductwork does not yet have any branch dampers.

3 Supports for refrigerant pipe indicate pipe will run below AC unit. Ensure that filters
will still be removable in this situation.
