2 Tools Needed:
a) 2 Pcs. Of 200 Liter Drum (Plastic) e) Face mask, Full Harness, Rubber Gloves, Eye Goggles, etc.
b) Calcium Hypochlorite (Ca(CIO)2) f) Ventilating Fans with Flexible Duct
c) 1 Unit of High Pressure Pump g) 2 Sets of Portable Lighting Equipment
d) 1 Set Pipe Wrench, Adjacent Wrench, Paddle, etc.

3 Testing Procedure
For Water Line from Water Meter to Cistern Float Valve. (See Figure 3)
3.1 Install Chlorine Injection Point at water meter assembly.
a. Prepare Chlorine Injection Pump
a.1 High-Pressure Pump
a.2 Calcium Hypochlorite quantity should be calculated using Chlorine Calculation Procedure below:

b. Close the inlet valve at Cistern Tank Valve 3 and near the water meter Valve 2.
c. Mix the amount of Chlorine Calculated in a 2 – 200 liters drum full of water

d. Set up the high-pressure water pump suction submerged at 200 liters drum while discharge connected to Chlorine
Injection Point Valve 4 while vent Valve 5 is partially kept open.
Note: Valve 4 & Valve 3 shall be a minimum 1⁄2 "∅ ball valve
e. Plug High-Pressure Pumps to 220 volts, single phase power, and start the pump.
f. Observe air coming out of Valve 5 until such time that water is already coming out and then close Valve 5.
g. Open partially Valve 3 at Cistern Tank to make sure water with the Chlorine mixture is coming out, and then close the valve
h. Stop the pump close Valve 4, and disconnect the pump.
i. Wait for 24 hours for the Chlorine to disconnect of the water line from the water meter to the Cistern Tank before opening the valves
(Valve1, 2, and 3)
j. Once the process is complete and the detention time is over, sign the Acceptance and Approval section of the form
as a confirmation that the disinfection process has been conducted.
