1 GF: remove old AC unit and ducts etc from electrical room
2 General: All soil and waste risers in vertical shafts to be provided with ckean out at 1.0m from
floor at each level. Fire rated access panel in riser required
3 General: provide support details for all pipes and ducts within vertical shafts / risers
4 At front RHS and LHS where drain pipes run horizontally through Managers rooms/
bedrooms / offices etc provide acoustic insulation to pipe
