EXISTING CONDITION:

As per approved drawing UG FWN pipe loop running on Rack, south side of SMR shelter. Support missing.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

UG FWN Rack piping is only mentioned in the drawing. There are no supporting details provided.

GV-03 UG / AG Tie-in Transition Spool dimension was changed due to structure foundation issue.

FM-03 UG pipe dimension changed due to SMR Structure foundation clashing.

FH-17 Near by loop dimension changed due to not possible to install the pipes as per given dimension.
DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE:

Rack piping supports Markup prepared as per site condition.

GV-03 location transition spool modified as per site condition to match the FGL.

FM-03 AG tie-in dimension was 1meter reduced to avoid foundation clashing.

FH-17 loop depth increased to joint pipe & fittings. FSG
