1. I have chosen Instagram social media.

The advertisement is emotional advertising because it causes tugging at the heart string. It

makes to feel better when they wear off shoulder clothes, and when they see an

advertisement consumer don’t focus on how product does, but how they feel after to wear

off shoulder clothes (Decker, 2019)

2.Target audience for the advertisement are girls, who are mostly preferred to dress or to

wear off shoulder clothes. Marketer segment her targeted audience by using sex and age.

Mostly of off shoulder clothes preferred to be used by younger.

3. yes, people and girl’s want to share the advertisement to viral, because advertisement

is emotional, when girls see about off shoulder clothes advertisement it become assay to

share to her friends, hence the advertisement must go vial.

4.the social media platform (Instagram) that I have chosen is suitable for business to

consumer, because mostly of Instagram users are final consumer, who tend to visit

different Instagram account to see about what they can buy to satisfy their need.

5.is just like hundred percent times, Instagram succeed to convert potential customer to

buy a product or service from advertisement through employees social marketing because

of the following reasons;

They build trust, 84% of people trust recommendations from friends, family, and

colleagues over other form of marketing and that number continue to grow. Most of the

people trust employees when they use product.

Brand visibility, this means through employees’ post, brand visibility increases and it

became easy to convert, to persuade potential consumer to buy product or service, this

means that employees can be used to increase brand awareness to the consumer.

Boost social recruiting, this means that employees post on Instagram increase social

recruited of your potential consumer, more followers, more likes, and sharing about

advertising.

6.Social media which considered to be most suitable for customer testimonial are

(i)YouTube

(ii)Facebook

(iii)Instagram

Because of the following reasons;

Easy brand accessibility, you tube, fakebook, Instagram, are suitable for customer

testimonial, because customer easily access brand and get enough details about it.

Engage in social interaction, example Facebook, and Instagram mostly of customer

utilize the social interaction direct with marketer of that brand that customer need on that

customers need on that particular of time.

Therefore, social media marketing is very important especially, to attract new customer,

and to interact direct, with targeted audience, marketer may use both fakebook, Instagram

and YouTube.
