What is ZOOM.US?
Zoom is a video conferencing platform that may be used on a computer or mobile
device. It enables users to connect online for video conference meetings, webinars,
and live chat.

What is the KANO Model?

The Kano Model is a method for organising a product roadmap's features according
to how likely they are to satisfy customers. It is used to evaluate whether adding the
features to the roadmap is a sensible calculated decision.

In this report, ten features of the ZOOM.US will be evaluated using the Kano
Analysis. Below are the following features and its definition.
