CONTINGENCY PROCEDURE

Below are the Contingency Procedure:

 Emergency Response Plan

 Communication

 Personal:

o We confirm that no critical resource to our operation is out of country.

o Backup Plan attached above.
o We Confirm that we have set a control in place to ensure proper quarantine and reporting for
employee arriving to Oman or have notices any symptoms in adherence to Oman’s recent
announcement.

 Equipment

o We confirm we are self-sufficient to run the operation and have all the equipment as per
operational requirement as per the contract with Halliburton.

 Spare parts

o We confirm that we have sufficient stock of spare parts to run a smooth operation and we have
reviewed they supply stability to secure the near future needs

 Goods supply
o We confirm that current stock is enough for sustaining the operations for near future and a
safety stock is in place. Manufacturing is running smoothly to secure the near future demand
and ensure it is met as per our historical consumption, forecast, PO or contract

 Operation

o We confirm we have contacted our subcontractors and have ensured their continued service to
us with on time delivery and visibility.
