3. RECOGNITION RANKING
The Recognition ranking is another important benefit in the eklipse compensation plan where
ranked consultants are rewarded with amazing bonuses, incentives, awards. The core value of a
network marketing plan is to offer residual passive income. These are only by-products of the
core values.
There are 15 levels through the eklipse recognition plan.

Level 1 through 5: The first 5 ranks on the recognition are referred to as consultant. We believe
at eklipse to reach through leverage consultant should not be given the platform to earn points
from their activity to stimulate team growth through the leverage scale. For each contract won
by a consultant, he/she only gets the percentage commissions but doesn’t get the points. Each
contract gives 100 group volume points. As you work with your team win more contracting
expanding our amazing products around you, they also generate more gvp for you and
commissions.

Levels 6 through 10: The next 5 ranks are called Managers. Before a consultant would be
declared as a manager he/she must go through the manager training. A manager must possess
the ability to not only manage his/her team or network but to also maintain close contact and
customer service relation with on the contracts won in his/her team. With 2000gvp you
become a manager meaning you can now not only manage contracts but manage consultants.
Levels 11 through 15: The last 5 ranks are called Diamond. A consultant is referred to as a
diamond consultant when he/she group generates up to 8000 group volume points.

4. LEADERSHIP INCENTIVES

a) Manager Travels- All White Sapphire Managers and above on the manager rank are entitled
to a 3-days all-expense paid trip to an exotic location within the country of residence every
year.
b) Luxury Car Bonus-
At eklipse consults we believe in rewarding our leaders awesomely. We have an impressive
array of leadership bonuses that will amaze even the most experienced network

The eklipse luxury car bonus program is one of the most exciting benefits available through our
leadership bonus program.
Upon ranking as a Diamond consultant, consultants are entitled to a brand new luxury
car. eklipse consults sets out at total sum of N8million to purchase any car, any brand of your
choice and also international travel tours annually for all ranked diamonds.

Note: Any consultant who wishes to purchase a car more than N8m cannot get the difference in
cash and also consultants who wants to purchase a car worth more than the afore mentioned
price allocation for the car program would have to add up the difference.

c) Break-Away Program- Never before has the network marketing industry worldwide seen a
leadership program that can be compared to our break-away program. We at eklipse consults
believe that “To reach true leadership, members should be given a platform to empower them
to be fully independent”. This program is completely new to the network marketing industry
worldwide and we are proud to be the first company to introduce this system to the industry.

Every consultant who has attained the rank of Eagle manager would have to enroll for an
advanced management and entrepreneurial course that qualifies them to break out from
eklipse consults and start up their own firm. Upon ranking as a Grand Elite Black Diamond
consultant they would be required to start setting up their own firm branded in a name they
choose if interested and for those that are not interested after level 15 would have to go and
empower their dreams in whatever field they choose. We at eklipse consult believe network
marketing should not be taken as a new found job for the rest of individual lives but they
should be given a place where they still earn residual income and can go and empower their
dreams.
Note: Every consultant who as broken from the network would still keep earning on the team
volume for the rest of his/her life.
5. IMPACT BONUS
The management of eklipse consults believes firmly in the value of giving back. They are
actively in support of charitable organizations in both local and the global community. This part
of the eklipse consult compensation plan is where consultants now have a platform to give back
to the economy. Consultants who have attained the rank of Diamond level now have the
opportunity to pick an institution for ICT empowerment that eklipse consult would completely
fund.
For example, Consultants promoting the school management software for instance who have
attained the diamond level has the opportunity to pick a school in their organization that is
running on the system for IMPACT. eklipse consults would set up an ICT center in the selected
school in the desired name of the consultant which would be boldly written.
