 Considerations for selection
Further does not limit customer choice by working with a restricted list of hospitals as we believe
customers should be matched with the most appropriate medical solution for their specific
case.
Once claim eligibility has been confirmed, Further provides a short list of International Centres
of Medical Excellence that are best suited to treat the customer’s condition.
As part of our criteria to select the most appropriate Medical Centre and to ensure the quality
of medical services provided, we require the Medical Centres to meet the following criteria:

• Worldwide quality certification such as Joint Commission Accreditation, ISO, etc.;

• All appropriate licenses in place to carry out the relevant medical services;

• All medical staff part of the Medical Centre must have appropriate qualifications.
