When use the questionaire?

i. Access to relevante respondents


ii. Provide anonymity
iii. The need for a simple structure
iv. Reduction of bias
v. Short time and small economy
vi. Be ware of low rate of answers

Design a questionaire

Guidelines:

i. The questions must clear and short


ii. They shall be quantative and/or qualitative
iii.Open or closed questions
iv. The language must be common
v. Relate the amount of special language to the group you are
asking
vi. Considor the categories of answers prior

 Organize in themes or issues


 Start with the simple and move to the complex
 Begin with positive and move to the controverial
 Use precise words and sentences
 Do not ask leading or long questions
 Do not ask more than one question at a time
 Do not create bad feelings
 Do not ask negative loaded questions

 Do not ask more than 30 questions


 One or two questions with in an issue
 Ask double checking questions
 Ask generel and specific questions
 Think about the answering catagories
 How are you going to analyze the data
