Answer: I have identified that the curriculum design my teacher used are
Subject-Centered and Learner-Centered Design. Subject-Centered Design
because the syllabus corresponds on textbook, it focused on a particular
subject and the teacher provided a Pre-determined list of lessons. And
Learner-Centered Design because I think the teacher takes the learner’s
needs and interests. As I studied the syllabus, the teacher also provides
quizzes, recitations and few activities such as poetry and essay. In
addition, assessment techniques, exercises, content, subject matter
analysis, and interactive activities are used to meet each learning target.
This curriculum design help them to set a goal especially in teaching. The
Teacher learner centered is like giving more information and the student
learner centered is likely the teacher is our facilitator. Students need to
conduct a demo teaching.
