Armed with a degree from the Asia Pacific Institute
of Management, correspondence from University of
Netherlands, and schooling from St. Xavier’s Loyola
Hall – Ahmedabad, Anand Heena Thakkar paved his
way for an exemplary career in the food and
hospitality sector.

After taking training from the ITC group and working

with a leading chain of hotels (Holiday Inn, ITC Group,
Le Meridian, Sarovar Park Plaza) for almost 4 years,
Anand became a successful foodpreneur successfully
launching the well-known chains of restaurants –
Pepperazzi, Raisins & Legends of Punjab.

W ith London Yard Pizza, Anand forged a way to

capture Indian Pizza Market worth Rs. 3,500 crore.
