MOTION FOR EARLY RELEASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

Movant, for and by herself, unto this Honorable Office, respectfully states
that:
1. Movant, JUAN DELA CRUZ is the registered and lawful owner of a motor
vehicle and more particularly described as follows:

2. That the said motor vehicle was apprehended on xxx in Salapangan, Palayan
City, Nueva Ecija for allegedly operating a private vehicle as a public utility
vehicle without proper authority from the LTFRB, otherwise known as
“Colorum.”

3. That the said motor vehicle is currently impounded at the LTFRB

Impounding Area, Magalang, Pampanga .

4. The penalty in the amount of ₱50,000.00 has been paid on 7 November 2022
as evidenced by the Official Receipt with O.R. no. xxx. A machine copy of
the receipt is hereto attached as Annex “A.”

5. The Respondents hereby undertake that they will surrender/present the

above-described motor vehicle if so required by the proper authorities.

PRAYER
Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Board, that the
foregoing motion be granted and the REBUILT XLT JITNEY with Plate No. xxx
be released earlier than the allotted period of three (3) months counted from the
time of actual impoundment in favor of the undersigned registered owner.
 Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise being prayed for.
