2. How did your work challenge you to step out of your comfort During my summer internship training, I worked under high

work till late night for achieving the target. I never felt such pressure

but after 15 days, it became comfortable for me.

were not so disciplined, they intimated me. In my opinion honesty

1. How constructive was the feedback that you got? Mostly I used to get the warning from my boss earlier. I tried to
learn the practical skills and became more familiar. During the first
month, I Performed very well and then began to get very
constructive feedback and rewards. As incentives and certificate etc.
In my opinion feedbacks were very constructive as per performance.

2. How important were the responsibilities given to you? I used to take responsibilities as golden opportunities for learning
and enhancing my skills. I never accepted it as burden. So, I learnt
many things.

3. Were the expectations set clearly? Expectations of both were set clearly. I got everything if I performed
as per the expectations of organization.

4. How did your manager ensure that you got to learn continuously? My manager used to inspect the performance, pitching and
convincing style of every trainee. If he got any mistake, he used to
teach again the weak points. After analyzing the performance and
work style of employees ensured us that we were progressing.

1. What type of work and responsibilities keep you motivated? I always tried to do better than others, in this way all responsibilities
were very important to me. I am self-motivated and one of those who
like to busy within himself. My manager used to provide us rewards,
motivation etc. This friendly environment of organization used to
keep me motivated.

2. What kind of work culture do you like? I always like to work in out comfort zone because it provides more
opportunities to learn

3. What qualities do you want to see in your manager? Very disciplined, workaholic, friendly and honest qualities, I want to
see in my manager
