INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
At this time, the development of information technology is indeed very rapid.
Information technology has made very rapid and significant changes to the economy and
people's behavior patterns in terms of living, working and interacting with other people. With
smartphones and the internet, people can access information and services more easily.
In line with the rapid development of information and communication technology,
transportation technology is no less developing rapidly. Currently, many online transportation
services have sprung up such as GO-JEK, grabbike, grabtaxi, uber, and others.
GO-JEK is a provider of online transportation services, especially motorbikes. GO-
JEK is a spirited company that is leading the Ojek transportation revolution. GO-JEK partners
with experienced motorcycle taxi drivers in Jakarta covering the JABODETABEK, Bandung,
Bali & Surabaya areas. GO-JEK is the main solution for delivering goods, ordering food,
shopping and traveling in traffic jams. The GO-JEK application can be downloaded on
smartphones that have iOS and Android operations. GO-JEK utilizes electronic media, with
that access to ordering motorcycle taxi services is easier for consumers.
1.2 Thesis Statement

Gojek is an online motorcycle taxi in several regions in Indonesia. Many things can
influence people's interest in making their choices, such as convenience, speed, price, or other
reasons.
Without realizing it, gojek has entered people's lives, becoming one of the most important.
Gojek offers various features that help us live our daily life much more easily,

THEORETICAL BASIS

2.1 Service
Services are actions, efforts and performance. It can be concluded that service is a
business, deed, performance or economic activity offered by one party to another. With the
existence of services, there will be an economic activity where both parties can exchange
value with each other.
Service or services are services provided by certain parties to other parties that are
intangible, in order to evaluate them, consumers must first feel the benefits of these
services. But with the existence of services, consumers can hire other people / other parties
to do work they don't want to do themselves or work they can't do themselves.
2.2 Consumer Satisfaction
Consumer satisfaction is the feeling of a customer after receiving the results of the
performance that he thinks of the expected performance from the results of the comparison.
Loyal consumers can be encouraged by receiving services from positive employee
attitudes.
There is no benefit if the company provides good service if it cannot create and
retain customers. Because basically the purpose of a business is to create satisfaction for
its customers. To make consumers feel satisfied, company management must know the
things that lead to customer satisfaction. The existence of customer satisfaction makes a
good relationship between consumers and companies

Gojek is an online motorcycle taxi in several regions in Indonesia. Many things can

In our opinion, Gojek deserves to be the most popular online motorcycle taxi
because apart from being a pioneer of online motorcycle taxis in Indonesia, Gojek also
provides a variety of services ranging from dropping off passengers, sending and
transporting goods, serving food orders, daily necessities, medicines. , etc
