FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Stipulation of the parties regarding entry of

a judgment in favor of the Plaintiff, NICHOLE SCHMIDT, as Administrator of the Estate of

Gabrielle Venora Petito, and against the Defendant, BARRY F. SPIVEY, as Curator of the

Estate of Brian Laundrie, deceased [DIN 33], and the Court being duly advised in the premises,

it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Based upon the Stipulation of the parties, Patrick J. Reilly on behalf of the Plaintiff,

and Christopher John Laundrie and Roberta Maria Laundrie as Administrators Ad Litem of the

Estate of Brian Laundrie, deceased, judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff, NICHOLE

SCHMIDT, as Administrator of the Estate of Gabrielle Venora Petito, and against the Defendant,

BARRY F. SPIVEY, as Curator of the Estate of Brian Laundrie, deceased, in the amount of

$3,000,000.00, for which let execution issue; and

2. It is further ordered and adjudged that Christopher John Laundrie and Roberta Maria
Laundrie, as Administrators Ad Litem of the Estate of Brian Laundrie, deceased, and who were

appointed Administrators for the sole purpose of asserting any defense to this Independent

Action, shall complete under oath Fla.R.Civ.P. Form 1.977 (Fact Information Sheet), including

all required attachments, to the best of their ability and without engaging outside counsel or other

paid assistance, and further without having to obtain any document not existing in their home,

and thereafter serve said Fact Information Sheet on Plaintiff’s Counsel within 45 days from the

date of this Final Judgment, unless the Final Judgment is satisfied, or post-judgment is stayed.

3. Jurisdiction of this case is hereby retained to enter further Orders that are proper to

compel the judgment debtor to complete Form 1.977, including all required attachments, and

serve it on the Plaintiff’s Counsel.
