MDU LIFTING TOOL

MDU lifting : Refer to MDU lifting method outline. (Drawing No. : PIL-LIF-PT-001)

MDU installation : Refer to MDU foundation arrangement drawings.

WARNING

When lifting the container, it must be considered horizontality because Gen-set is

installed inside MDU by elastic mounting type. If MDU is tilted, Gen-set mounting can be
gotten out of original position.

CORNER CASTING

Set up twist lock (4EA) on the corner casting of upper MDU which is stored in AEU loose
supply item box.

Dismantle the hand-rail and bring out the stack and ladder safety guard inside of AEU.

Connect AEU base corner casting with twist lock which is installed on MDU corner
casting.

CAUTION

Adjust between expansion joint of MDU T/C outlet and AEU exhaust line.

NOTICE

- There is allowable tolerance of width/length in MDU/AEU container. Therefore,

AEU is installed at exact position.
- Secure alignment between MDU and AEU if AEU is closed to the twist lock.

Finish the assembly of MDU & AEU by turning the bar of each twist lock.

Connect MDU T/C outlet expansion joint and AEU exhaust line by bolt.

Expansion joint interconnection flange is manufactured a tap. So it can be connected by

bolt only.
