How to check the Reading/Listening Quiz

1. Go to www.oxfordlearn.com and access your course.
Option 1: If you linked your quiz/test with the gradebook to get the student’s score
in the Gradebook. You can activate this option anytime.
Go to Evaluations- Listening and Reading Comprehension Quiz- Manage Test-
Assessment and click the boxes. In Grade Items choose the Reading and Listening
Quiz (Gradebook should have been set before) and Save.
*If you check these two boxes students
will see their score immediately when
they send the quiz; however they won’t
see their answers just their score.

If you only choose this


box students won’t see
their score until you
grade the quiz.
2. Click on Tracking. Then choose Gradebook.
3. Click on Enter Grades in the Reading and Listening Quiz
4. Here you can see your students’ submissions. Click on the
icon.
5. A new tab will open. Choose Attempt 1.

6. Scroll down to see your student’s quiz. Here you can see the
obtained points and the student’s answers. Then click in Autograde.
Then click Update and close.
7. When you refresh the tab you will see your student’s
score. Click on Save and Close.
Option 2:
1. If you did not link the quiz with the gradebook you can
check the quiz here. Go to Content- Evaluations- Quiz-
Manage Test.
2. Choose Grade.
3. Choose Grade- Attempts. You can check each student’s attempt
here.
3. Choose the student’s attempt. You can scroll down to see the
answers and score. Click in Auto-Grade and Update. Then click on
Back.
To release the correct answers wait until all of your students
have sent the quiz.
1. Go to Content- Evaluations- Reading and Listening Quiz-
View Item- Manage Test.
2. Click in Submission Views- Default View.
3. Scroll down and check these boxes and Save.
