Counsellor: Hi. Come in and take a seat. Today we will finish your resume. Please let me
know if you have any questions. Okay?
Learner: Okay.
Counsellor: First, in your work experience, let’s check the dates on your last job. This says you
worked at Big Eats restaurant from 2011 to 2018. Is that correct?
Learner: Yes, that’s correct.

 Counsellor: Okay, good. Now, let’s talk about how the resume should look. I see that you put
your picture at the top of your resume. Why did you do that?
Learner: Where I am from, we always put our picture, height and weight on our resume. Is
that wrong?
Counsellor: In Canada, we don’t include our picture or that information. Could you remove it
please?
Learner: Yes, I will. Thank you for helping me.
