Let’s talk about making goals. First, start with a long-term goal. Think about: what do I want in
one year. Second, break the long-term goal into monthly goals. Think about: what will I do in a

month? Next, break your monthly goals into weekly goals. Think about: what will I do in a
week? Finally, think about today. That is how to be successful with big goals. Start with the big
goal, and break it into smaller and smaller goals.
