Lesson 4: Communication for teachers: storytelling

Engaging:

1.what makes the students enjoy the class? What do the teachers exhibit in conducting their
lessons?

- Incorporate mystery into your lesson, because learning may be the most fun for our student when
they don’t know what to expect. the teachers exhibit in conducting the lesson is when the student
can represent their learning and the talent of their student, to expose an exhibition, of course gives
exposure to the students, exposure to the needs of our society.

Introspecting:

 I observed that (things that walked in the presentation)


- I observed that making a presentation at school/house can be scary. Some of us fear public
speaking more than death. However, like many things in life, giving presentations gets easier
with practice and after more experience.
 I think it would have been better if (points for improvement
- I think it would have been better if I’m improving my public speaking so that I can easier to
present the report in the school/house or work.

Lesson 5: Communication for business and trade

Engaging:

1. what images can you see from the two photos? What do the photos tell you about your future
major responsibilities?

- It is the two person who discuss the growth of the company who had a low investment, it tells that
on the most basic level, photographers use cameras to capture images. Because digital cameras are
electronic, photos taken on them can be use in our future responsibilities.

1. Strengths-I'm very creative. I often impress people with a new perspective on their brands.

Weaknesses-I have a strong, compulsive need to do things quickly and remove them from my "to
do" list, and sometimes the quality of my work suffers as a result.
Opportunities-One of our major competitors has developed a reputation for treating their smaller
clients poorly.

Threats- Simon, one of my colleagues, is a much stronger speaker than I am, and he's competing
with me for the art director position.

Introspecting:

1.Did you have struggles or difficulties when you were presenting? What coping skills did you use to
combat those difficulties?

-Yes. The focus of this coping mechanism is to change the meaning of the stressor or transfer
attention away from it. For example, reappraising tries to find a more positive meaning of the cause
of the stress in order to reduce the emotional component of the stressor.

2. what are the challenges you encountered when you doing the SWOT analysis project? In what
ways did these challenges make you a better person?

Lesson 6: Writing Business and Technical Report

Engaging:

1.List the types of reports you usually do in school. How do you frame such reports?

- Visual report, Periodic report, Formal and Informal Reports, and etc, Gather Facts, this is the most
extensive and the laborious part. You must know the inside-out phenomena, who was the chief
guest, what was the exact time when the valediction, Never keep the facts in your mind, as you
might forget in stress and pressure. Instead, write down the facts in a list to read when you can
come back to them later.

of writing people do at work, except journalism and creative writing.
