WEEKLY REPORT

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Church Online is made up of ten (10) members. Our aim is to oversee the online church experience of our audience across all major social media platforms and the church
website. This report thus summarizes the activities of the Enthronement Church Online Department for the Second week in November 2022. The aim of this report is to
acquaint the Directorate Heads with the members' attendance, welfare, and work activity for October.

This report will cover the activities of the Directorate of Outreach under the following headings:

Out of 10 members, 10 members attended the service on Sunday. 2 persons were physically present, 8 joined online.
OVERVIEW OF REPORT

- The entire department logged in 07hrs:20 minutes prayer time for the Week.
- Members were encouraged to participate in the profitable hourly prayer exercise.
- Sermon Note defaulters and Late comers were promptly reached out to, in order to ensure compliance
- Workers meeting attendance was taken via zoom
- Diaspora attendance and feedbacks were captured via Google form
- Oversight reporting of Thursday and Sunday services.

4.0 DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITY REPORT

As a department with the aim of bringing human connection to the Online Church. Our focus is to continue to strive to ensure that the Online Experience of the Enthronement
Assembly remains at the highest standard possible. Below therefore captures a summary of the highpoints of how the departments executed their deliverables:

10.1 SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES FOR OCTOBER 2022.

● Thursday service monitoring

● Efforts to increase Diaspora members participation..
● Collaboration with the technical and media teams to ensure seamless live broadcast on our platforms..
● Collaboration with the social media team for effective Live Service engagements.
● Membership increased from 8 to 10 in the month of October.
● Engage new members with ground rules of the department
10.2 ACTION PLAN FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER
As we end the month our ambition remains to HUMANIZE THE ONLINE EXPERIENCE, hence, below captures our key focus areas;

● Continuation of Thursday service monitoring

● Increase Diaspora members participation by sending timely reminders.
● A better and less technical error broadcast in NOVEMBER and beyond
● Raise concerns/discourse Media Team (Broadcast Irregularities,etc)
● Schedule a meeting with the live stream stakeholders ( Social Media, Multimedia and Media Departments). The objective is to look into the Enthronement Church
Online expectations.
● Continuation of social media Live Service engagements in partnership with the social media department;
● Continuation of preservice and on-the-spot engagement models with the Media and Multimedia departments.
● Deliberate efforts to increase membership from 10 to 15 in the month of November.
● Engage new members with ground rules

● Ensure effective task distribution and execution amongst members – Ademola Adetona

11.0 CONCLUSION
This report has briefly, in these few pages, to acquaint the Outreach Directorate head with an overview of the expected deliverables for the Month of November in the Church
Online Department. It is hoped that the information shared in this report would foster better decision making by the management.
