The disadvantage of having no workplace ethics are such as Workplace Discrimination Will
Arise; Sexual Harassment Will Exist; No Teamwork, Respect and Collaboration from the
Workforce; There will be a Decrease in Production or Output Quality; There will be a Low
Employee Morale and Broken Best Practices. Having no workplace ethics in an organization
brings no good in organization and employees. An employee can’t perform well his job because
of the uncomfortable surrounding and due to this the success of an organization is in at risk.

I’ve learned that dressing well or dressing according to the code will give you not just
confidence but also gain respect to others. The way you look and carry yourself creates an
impression on the people you work alongside. Punctuality of an employee is a must in an
organization because working on time and attending work regularly detrimentally affects
employee morale and productivity. Organizations that cultivate good workplaces attitudes
among their employees improve the efficiency of communications, achieved better teamwork
and collaboration in the course of work. In a workplace Good characterization promotes
positive workplace culture in organization. Good communication can boost teamwork and lead
to better project collaboration. It applies to practically every industry. When individuals work
together openly, processes and goals become more aligned, leading the group towards a higher
success rate of achieving a common goal. Establishing organizational skills help individuals
perform their work according to their job duties and responsibilities. Therefore, maintaining
organization in the workplace not only helps individuals work efficiently, but also helps to
promote the overall objectives of an individual’s job or profession. Productivity also helps to
motivate workplace culture and boost moral, producing an even better company environment.
Being valued and treated respectfully helps to promote a positive work culture in which
employees are fulfilled, loyal, engaged, and motivated to perform at their very best. Employee
teamwork enables your workforce to: Split difficult tasks into simpler ones, then work together
to complete them faster.
