In reality, everyone is given a name, which is part of a person’s identity that

distinguishes an individual from other members of a group, or clan, it has deep

personal, cultural, and historical ties which also help us understand who we are. It is
usually used in conjunction with a surname, or "family name," which is often inherited
and shared by members of a family. In connection, my parents have also given me a
name, I am Rona S. Remolano and this is my name, maybe there are chances that a
person can have the same first, middle, and last name as mine, but that person has
also the same date of birth is not possible.
To support my claims that Rona S. Remolano is my name here is some evidence. Aside
from personal documents one of the living proofs that this is truly my name is myself or
my entire existence itself because I am the only person who truly knows me better than
others from outside and within.

provide pieces of evidence that will prove my name is my name since they are the one
who knows me not only in name but also my components as a person. They are the one
who created, named, and processed my birth certificate which is considered to be a
primary source document about personal information but as a replacement, a residential
address is also a helpful situational proof that can support my claim that I am Rona S.
Remolano; to fully explain what I mean; I will provide a real-life scenario. When ordering
from online stores like Shopee, personal information such as name and full address are
required for delivery. At the time of delivery, the carrier will ask my neighbor the exact
location of where I live using my name, which has led to me and my house and not to
other people. This scenario demonstrates that my name is Rona S. Remolano as I am
the only person who has this name and lived in this place.
I conclude that my name is truly my name which has played an important component in
who I am. It distinguishes and describes me as a person, which gives me a sense of
