EXECUTION
Task 1: Developing classroom procedures

1. Use of hand and sound signals

Students' demands can be communicated by using hand or sound signals, which

can also reduce disruptions in the classroom. For all grade levels, hand or sound
cues can be utilized to maintain the class's attention on the instructor.

2. Set limits for cellphone and technology usage

Make sure students are aware of the appropriate times to use their phones for
permitted purposes, such as contacting a parent. It could be beneficial to assign a
spot where students can put their phones when they get into the classroom.
Establish the procedures for how students will request and utilize their phones.

3. Designate individual responsibility

By giving your students responsibilities, you can promote inclusion and participation
in the classroom. You can select students based on their behavior or how the class
is going, or you can pick a different student at random every week or month. By
connecting with their classmates, designated classroom helpers may help children
learn faster and receive more guidance.

4. Provide a clear instruction when entering and exiting the classroom

Give students a clear explanation of the proper way to enter and exit the classroom
so they will know exactly what to do. Establish protocols for what to do before and
after class.

5. Use of vacant time

Give students opportunities to constructively utilize downtime so they can learn and
have fun at the same time. Consider designating an area where students can choose
their own leisure activities if they don't have any work to accomplish.
