Terkait dengan adanya plan mobilisasi unit PC3400 dan HD1500 tujuan site Jhonlin Baratama Sungai Dua Batulicin, Kalimantan Selatan. Maka dilakukanlah proses
survey lokasi jetty yang akan digunakan untuk sandar LCT dan survey kondisi jalan disekitar jetty untuk kelancaran proses mobilisasi unit PC3400 dan HD1500 sampai
ke lokasi assembly.
Survey area Jetty
Untuk plan jetty yang digunakan ada 2 tempat yang dilakukan proses survey, pertama jetty DSP Sungai Dua. Informasi dari tim customer dlapangan, jetty tersebut
sudah sering digunakan untuk proses sandar dan mobilisasi unit sekelas PC2000 dan unit HD 785.

Jetty kedua yaitu jetty Terpadu, jetty tersebut belum pernah digunakan proses sandar LCT untuk mobilisasi alat berat dengan kategori unit big class.
2. Survey kondisi jalan menuju ke lokasi Assembly

Kondisi tanah di area jetty DSP khususnya di bagian bibir jetty tempat turunnya rampdoor sedikit lemah (belum pengerasan).
 Proses pengecekan dibagian yang baru selesai pelebaran dan pengerasan jalan

Kondisi jalan yang masih belum dilakukan pelebaran dan pengerasan, lebar jalan 5.8m dan masih perlu pelebaran agar proses mobilisasi tidak
terhambat.

Area turun nya unit dari kapal (ramp door) perlu diperbaiki & Jalan belokan keluar dari Pelabuhan perlu diperlebar untuk manuver & tinggi
diperkeras tiang listrik kurang dari 7 meter (perlu diangkat saat mobilisasi HD1500-8)

Kendala yang ada pada sekitar jetty DSP saat proses survey lokasi sebagai berikut :
• Kondisi landasan di jetty tempat turunnya rampdoor masih perlu di timbun material perkerasan dan batu split serta butuh di compact agar
kuat menahan beban unit atau armada yg melintas keluar jetty.
• Adanya kabel listrik yang melintang didekat jetty dan area keluar jetty menuju lokasi assembly, dikhawatirkan ketika proses mobilisasi
tersangkut kabel, berikut foto dari kabel listrik yang melintang serta akses jalan menuju ke lokasi assembly perlu dilakukan pelebaran.

Kendala yang ada pada sekitar jetty terpadu saat proses survey lokasi sebagai berikut :
• Landasan tempat turun rampdoor kurang lebar dan belum pernah digunakan untuk proses unloading unit dengan kategori big class,
• Lebar jalan / lebar landasan rampdoor hanya selebar unit kelas PC200, berikut foto kondisi rampdoor di jetty terpadu.
 Survey lokasi Assembly

Survey dilanjutkan ke lokasi tempat proses assembly, jarak tempuh menuju lokasi assembly dari kedua jetty tersebut kurang lebih sejauh 15-20 km.

Kesimpulan dari hasil survey Lokasi Mob PC3400 & HD1500-8 PT Jhonlin Baratama Site Sungai Dua Batu licin.

Setelah dilakukannya proses survey dan diskusi dengan tim customer dan tim Harmony dilapangan diputuskan bahwa jetty yang akan digunakan
untuk plan sandar LCT dan plan mobilisasi unitnya adalah Jetty DSP Sungai Dua. Karena jetty tersebut sudah sering di pergunakan untuk proses
sandar dan mobilisasi unit Big Class,
