1. Oversee all the construction activities of substructure works & 3 storied elevated Station building of Dhaka Metro Rail?s
Karwanbazar Station ( 180 m X 25 m ), piling, pile cap, pier body, pier head and portal pier, seismic buffer, bearing base,
station building, pump room etc.
2. Review and prepare method statement, shop drawing and all other related construction documents. 3. Guide all the subcon
manpower engaged in station building , pier Body and pier head, structure surface Repair works for handover purpose.
4. Prepare Work Plan for effective use of resources (Manpower, formwork, scaffoldings, equipment, materials etc.
5. Supervise and troubleshoot all the works regarding station building, site management, estimation, BOQ, piling, rebar work,
