The students will imitate the actions from the video.
The teacher will ask the learners what are the actions that they imitate
from the video.

B. Presentation:
- The teacher will flash eight moving pictures
and learners should identify what is in the
picture doing.
- The teacher will give the meaning of physical activity.
- The teacher will give examples, afterwards learners must also
perform it.

C. Practice Exercise:
- The learners will do a warmup first before doing the exercises.
- After the warmup learners will do the following physical activities.
a. Jog in place (8 counts) walk in place (8 counts)
b. Breathing exercise (10 counts)
c. Head bend
 Forward (4 counts) with hand support

 Backward (4 counts) with hand support


- Learners dance the (“Get Ready To Wiggle” and “Remixed
Baby Shark”)

D. Generalization:
For children and young people, physical activity includes play, games,
sports, transportation, chores, recreation, physical education, or planned
exercise, in the context of family, school, and community activities.

E. Application:
Students will be doing the activities in twos.

• Meeting and parting, leading, and following, matching
and mirroring are the different ways of moving with
partner or with a group.

1. Matching – Stand side by side with your partner. Make the same
movements at the same time.
2. Mirroring – Face your partner and make the same movements as
when you look in a mirror.
3. Leading and Following – One partner lead and the other one
follows.
4. Meeting and Parting – Travel toward, then, away from your partner.
