EVENT CONTRACT

This Event Management Contract is entered into 5th day of September 2022, by and between
Mrs. Nerizza Miranda of Jaytee’s Filipino Cuisine, with an address of 28/F Tower 4
Wind Residences, and Daisy C. Bolasoc of Couple Minds Event, with an address B50
Summit View Binan Laguna also individually referred to as “Party”, and collectively “the
Parties.”
 
1. Event Details. 
Event Date: December 10, 2022

3. Planner duties
● Provide the client with a Full Package Detailing Form to better assess clients’ budget,
preferences, priorities and requirements
● Provide an Event Timeline Report monthly or as necessary.
● Assist in determining and planning the budget and help manage to stay within the
budget.
● Refer and set-up appointments with various pre-screened Florist, Photographer,
Videographers, Sound System and other needs to the last details.
● Follow – ups and overall coordination with booked suppliers (through emails, phone
calls and meetings)
● Monitoring and Management of deposits / balances /payments made to suppliers by
the client. Supplier’s balances report will also be prepared by GM.
● Assist in composing and selecting readings, or messages
● Assist in dialoguing with venue manager and caterer for room layout plans, seating
and place cards arrangements floral arrangements, table set-up, technical riders,
audio-visual, Projector, souvenirs, clothesline Board
● Assist in selection of music for the ceremony, venue, and dinner.
4. Payment. The Parties agree to the following Payment and Payment Terms:
Total Fee for Services: Php 593, 708.00
Non-Refundable Deposit Due Upon Execution of Contract: 50 % PHP296,853.00
Balance Due: PHP296,853.00
 Balance Due Date: December 01, 2022
5. Cancellation. 
By Client. The Client may cancel this Contract at any time. If the Client cancels up to 3
weeks prior to the Event Day, the Client will be entitled to a full refund, except for the non-
refundable deposit. If the Client cancels between 1 and 2weeks prior to the Event Day, the
Client will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If the Client cancels less than 2 weeks
prior to the Event Day, the Client will not be entitled to a refund.
By Planner. The Planner may cancel this Contract at any time. If the Planner cancels, the
Planner must provide a suitable, replacement planner, subject to the Client’s approval,
which shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative, the Planner shall refund all monies
previously paid by the Client, including any non-refundable deposits. In the event the
Planner finds a suitable replacement planner, the Planner shall forward all monies
previously paid by the Client to the replacement planner, less any monies the replacement
planner agrees have been earned by the Planner for services performed until the date of
cancellation.
6. Planner Limitation of Liability.
The Planner will endeavor to find top suppliers and/or service providers. However,
the Planner does not guarantee any suppliers’ and/or service providers’ performance
and/or product. The Planner will not be responsible for any supplier and/or service
provider performance and/or product. In the event the Client changes the date of the
wedding, the Planner will make every effort to accommodate, but the Planner’s
availability is not guaranteed for any other date than the date stated above.
7. Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees.
In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by
mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be
resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful Party will be
entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.
8. Severability.
In the event any provision of this Contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in
whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Contract and
all other provisions will continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable. 
9. Legal and Binding Agreement.
This Contract is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Contract
may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and
throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter
this Contract.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
The Parties agree that this Contract shall be governed by the State and/or Country in
which the event will occur.
11.0Entire Agreement.
 The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Contract represents the entire
agreement between the Parties. If the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise
modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.
 The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their

SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

This contract (the "Agreement") is made on this day of 5 th of November 2022 between The
Couple Minds Event Studio (the "Operator") and Alex Gonzaga (the Influencer) for the hiring
of the influencer as independent contractors to perform and promote (the Grand Opening)
for Operator at Jaytees’s Filipino Cuisine (the "Venue"), located at the address.
It is agreed as follows:
1. Place, date, and time of Show. The parties agree that the time and place of the event will
be Venue, located at the Maharlika West, 4120 Tagaytay City on the 10 th day of December
2022 at 1:00 pm.
2. Description of Show. The event will be a little bit of performance by the invited
influencers and promoting the restaurant by their vlogs. The event will last for a minimum
of 120 minutes.
3. Payment. Compensation for the Show will be 10000 pesos, payable by cash (together
being the "Fee"). A 50% deposit of Fee is due on the signing of this contract. This is a
required condition for the contract to proceed, if a 50% deposit of Fee is not tendered upon
the signing of this contract, no further obligation for either party comes due. The remaining
50% of Fee is due immediately prior to the event but may be made earlier.
4. Cancellation. If full payment is not made by the time immediately prior to Program, the
event may be cancelled by influencer, and Operator may not seek any damages.
Cancellation may be made by Operator before two days prior to the time of event/program,
in which case Operator's 50% deposit of Fee is non-refundable, but Operator will not have
to pay the remaining 50% of Fee. If an event is cancelled within 2 days of Show, Operator
must pay influencer full Fee. Influencer may cancel at any time prior to ticket sales by
Operator, in which case influencer must refund Fee in its entirety.
5. Force Majeure. In the event Show cannot reasonably be put on because of unpredictable
occurrences such as an act of nature, government, or illness/disability of influencer, the
50% deposit of Fee is non-refundable, but no other portion of Fee is due, and the parties
may negotiate a substitute event on the same terms as this Agreement save for the time of
event, with no further deposit of Fee due, in which case a new Agreement reflecting this will
be signed by the parties. No further damages may be sought for failure to perform because
of force majeure.
6. Food and Drink. Operator will provide influencers with free meals
7. Parking. The operator will secure sufficient parking for Influencer’s large cargo van
within a reasonably convenient distance to Venue for a minimum period of 2 hours prior to
the show and lasting until1 hour after the event.
10. Security, Health, and Safety. Operator warrants that Venue will be of sufficient size to
safely conduct event, that Venue is of stable construction and sufficiently protected from
weather, and that there will be adequate security and/or emergency medical responders
available if foreseeably necessary. Operator maintains sufficient personal injury/property
insurance for Venue
sufficient to cover foreseeable claims. Operator's Representative warrants s/he has
authority to bind Operator and Venue (above).
