1. Obviously, these people are chefs. According to their occupation, we can get the
relationship between chef, food and customer. In this relationship, the taste of
food should be determined by the needs of customers. In this picture, each chef
adds his own ideas directly to the food. This is obviously wrong. We need a leader
to unite the team, discuss everyone's views, and finally output our products
according to the needs of the market.
2. The situation shown in this picture is actually very common in real life. Bosses
will just sit in the office and announce these goals and ask others to achieve
them, rather than down-to-earth to help improve performance. The leader is the one
who decides "how to do the right thing", and the manager is the one who "how to do
the right thing". However, whether a company can succeed or not depends not only on
decision-making, but also on the hard work of employees. Only by having fewer
leaders who only talk and more employees who do practical things can we succeed
3. Recently, I am reading an article about power and responsibility in Chinese
enterprises. The top management holds power but does not need to be responsible,
the middle executor has responsibility but no power, the lower level employees have
no responsibility and no power, and the employees only pursue interests. When the
company has problems, the first to be held accountable is always the executors
facing who public in the middle. In fact, they have no power to decide the
company's affairs. This is the case in this picture. Top management will feel
responsible only when the company goes bankrupt.
4. From this picture, we should know that the leader of a team should not only give
orders and become the burden of the team, but should be the core of providing power
for the team, the compass to guide the direction and the pillar of team belief.

6. In China, there is a famous saying (运筹帷幄之中,决胜千里之外), which means
"Scheming in the commander’s tent win a battle a thousand miles away". Whether it
is the ancient war or the current financial market, we should make a long-term
strategic deployment.

focus on change:In fact, I can share the transformation process of my company. My

company focuses on adult education, but because of the COVID-19, we have made
changes. First of all, our company's goal has shifted from offline to online, and
from adult to K12 In this process, the company's employees have many opinions, but
in this case, transformation is necessary. I must ensure the survival of the
company and the wages and benefits of employees, right? It has been two years since
the COVID-19. The online business is gradually maturing, which is completely
different from the company's initial goal. However, I can't say that this is bad,
because this change is not intentional, but conforms to the market trend.

I want to share something about my company. In 2018, the company cooperated with
Shanghai Weber English training institution to launch relevant education
cooperation projects. At that time, Weber English training institution was very
famous, but because of this, the company did not investigate the situation of Weber
English at that time. Then in 2019, the training institution declared bankruptcy,
which caused great losses to our company.

The framework identifies six national-level factors that underpin firm-level
competitive advantage: four core elements (factor endowments, demand, supporting
industries, and firm rivalry) and two additional elements (government and chance)
